They have nice project management software that makes timeline and bug tracking easy. The only area where I didn't give Chrome perfect marks concerns timeline and budget, as the project cost more and took longer to develop than planned. Some of this was our fault, since the project was complex and there were gray areas in our spec. In the end, we negotiated a fair revised agreement, and I'm totally satisfied with our working relationship.
